Customers can choose whether to use the wifi hub supplied by Skycab Telecom or swap to their existing device. Our connection settings will need to be entered into your router manually and can be found here. However we do not provide support for non-standard devices. Our engineers are only able to perform the initial installation against the Skycab Telecom router. Please do not be offended if they decline to install your router.
